Organisational vitality is the ability of an organisation to face the challenges of doing business. It is the ability to act proactively, to react, to thrive and to survive. It depends on:
- individual vitality of the members (do they want to and are they able to perform),
- transparency of the business model (vision, goals, strategy, resources),
- influence of management systems and leadership on the employees (perception of justice?)
Our research has shown that companies in average lose 2,000 € per employee per year due to the lack of organisational vitality. And there are other indirect consequences.
